Byron Francis
Born and raised in Pennsylvania, Byron developed a strong work ethic doing residential and commercial landscaping. He began his career in home building when he moved to Estes Park in 1999, framing houses for a general contractor with whom he then co-founded a gutter installation business. After being bought out by his partner, he quickly was promoted to structural framing foreman for a successful local general contractor.
In 2006 he launched his second venture, forming a framing, siding and deck building corporation with a long time friend and colleague. Together they built many fine houses, and extensive projects for multiple local organizations until his partner moved out of state with his family.
Byron, with ever-present entrepreneurial spirit, has always had an eye for the kind of business relationship that would be most efficient for both the business and its customers. He continues his commitment to high quality workmanship and exceptional customer service as co-owner of B&E Builders. With a history of successful partnerships behind and a collection of satisfied current clients paving the way to the future, Byron always looks forward to meeting new clients and helping them meet their dreams. Employing an easy-going, “can-do” attitude, he excels at organizing projects and managing workers; that dedicated work ethic from his youth fosters genuine productivity and high morale at each project he encounters.
